Development of Computer-Aided Media Operating Materials Calculate Integers

This study aims to develop computer-assisted learning media for integer arithmetic operations fourth-grade students in elementary education. The research method used is the Luther-Sutopo version of development or better known as Research and Development (R&D). limited only 5 steps from stage 1 5, namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing (Validation, Revision, Trial). on this operation material form instructional videos. After going through process testing experts, revision field class IVa SD Negeri 2 Tomohon, average outcome was 83.84. Achievement outcomes category excellent outcomes. Then results attractiveness trial showed percentage mean value student's response 91.35 with very attractive criteria. Thus it concluded that are feasible.
